equipping and empowering women to embrace their God-given destinies. Lusanda is

She provides coaching and mentoring services to women from all walks of life. Her mission is to
empower them to discover their true purpose, find fulfilment, and confidently step into their

Lusanda Dhlamini is a vibrant life and purpose coach, inspirational speaker, minister of the Word, and gifted storyteller who empowers women from all walks of life to live with intention, faith, and clarity. She is a wife to Joseph Dhlamini, a mother to four daughters and grandmother.
Born in Lusikisiki and shaped by a resilient, entrepreneurial family, Lusanda is the second of three siblings. She experienced loss early in life when her father passed away at age six, but was raised in an environment rich in love, empathy, and business drive. Her first exposure to entrepreneurship came through helping her mother run the family business during school holidays—a foundational experience that continues to shape her work today.
Despite becoming a mother at 18, Lusanda pursued her studies in Business Management from the Durban University of Technology (formerly Technikon Natal). She later completed a Management Advanced Programme at Wits Business School and spent over 20 years in the corporate world before transitioning to full-time ministry and coaching.

She is the founder of the Women of Reverence Ministry and host of the Together We Thrive Africa Podcast, where she shares powerful conversations that blend real-life stories with spiritual insights.
