I do the work I do because I believe every woman carries something God-given that the world needs. I’ve seen too many dreams buried, too many voices silenced, and too many gifts go unused—not because women aren’t capable, but because they haven’t been seen, supported, or given the space to rise.

The first time I met Lusanda was over five years ago when she came to speak at Foresight Church in Muldersdrift. Three things stood out immediately: she spoke with conviction and authority, she had prayerfully prepared, and it was clear she deeply loves Jesus and His people.
Some time later, I felt led to ask her to be my accountability partner — essentially a powerful blend of mentor, deep friend, and coach. This gave Lusanda full permission to speak into my life as a woman, a business owner, a wife, and a mom. She has walked alongside me through seasons of illness, leaving my corporate job to start what is now a three-year-old coaching business, and becoming a more present helpmate to my husband and a mom who leads her children with confidence, grace, and far less guilt.
Lu is an amazing, multitalented leader, speaker, coach, and mentor. We’ve worked together on several projects — and continue to do so — because Lusanda is simply so easy to collaborate with. Partnering with her means accessing not just her brilliant mind and big heart, but also her wide-reaching network, particularly among women. She is a connector, a courageous ideator, and a woman of action.
Watching her build her brands and empower other like-minded women to do the same has been nothing short of inspiring. I am grateful to know her and even more grateful to grow alongside her.
